Our primary service is Export Brokerage – finding you new outlets, buyers, and customers
STANDARD PLAN
To provide our services we charge a brokerage fee for the lifetime of our introduced client. The fee typically ranges between 5% and 15%, depending on your margins and the size of the transactions.
High volume low margin products will have a lower fee. This will be agreed upon prior to any work starting.
Under the standard plan we operate according to our own time schedule and travel.
ACTION PLAN
If you want us to go to specific countries within a specific time frame then we charge an upfront fee of between €10,000 and €20,000. Depending on what is being requested there could be other fees. All fees would be quoted and agreed upfront prior to undertaking the assignment.
The clients we find will be incremental sales above what you had planned or already have so an ongoing fee is fair on both parties considering the amount of expense required to undertake this task.

Current Distributor or Agent report
€15,000 – Plus travel and accommodation expenses
We will visit your current agents (with your introduction) and produce a report on their performance. Providing insight into where they are doing well and areas that could be improved.
We uncover any underlying issues that may be hindering sales, whether they are related to market fit or delivery challenges.
We will distinguish between excuses and valid reasons and provide you unbiased insights so you can make informed decisions.
